Use this web site to help formulate your initial thoughts on the type, shape, size and specification of your desired building. Then request our brochure pack containing our brochure, design guide, price guide and grid paper.

 

It's important to talk through your ideas, so at this early stage get in touch. We can discuss the bare bones of your idea, offering you some immediate feedback and, all importantly, provide you with an estimate. After our initial discussion, we will prepare your first written quotation in which we provide you with a detailed specification, sketch drawing and all-inclusive price.

 

The next stage is a meeting at your site. This will enable you to get to know us a little better and for us to discuss further the layout and location of your scheme with you; review the specification in conjunction with material samples and check site access for our delivery vehicles. We will follow up this site visit with our final quotation, supplied with a 3D CAD drawing to help you visualise your completed building.

 

You may wish to see our buildings for yourself and talk to the owners - our past clients. Over the years we have built up a large selection of reference sites and it is very likely we will have a building local to you.

 

More often than not planning consent will be required for your building. Should this be the case we offer our clients the use of our planning service. We can simply provide you with drawings for your own submission to the appropriate planning authority, or alternatively, a full service, whereby we submit the plans on your behalf and manage the entire process for you.

 

On receipt of your deposit manufacturing of your building will commence at our workshop in York. At this stage we will also agree an initial installation date. At this point we will provide your builder with a base drawing, in order that they may lay the concrete pad and brick plinth in preparation for our arrival. We would advise that your builder contact us to ensure their full understanding of our requirements.

 

Within four to six weeks of your order, our installation team will arrive on site to erect your building. Working productively and courteously at all times, our team will leave the site tidy on completion. Our team will ensure that all snagging is completed prior to leaving site.

 

In the week following installation, as you begin to use and get to know your new building, we will contact you to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Any items that arise from the building settling, such as adjusting a door, will be promptly addressed with a return visit from our installation team.

 

Our buildings are designed to last a generation and more and we are confident that they will provide you with lasting satisfaction. Many of our customers agree to become a reference site for prospective clients and we hope you will too.
