Your Idea
Use this web site to help formulate your initial thoughts on the type, size and specification of your desired building. Then request a brochure pack for Equestrian Buildings, Garden Rooms, or Garages & Outbuildings.
Our Quotation
It's important to talk through your ideas, so at this early stage get in touch. We can discuss your idea, offering you some immediate feedback and, all importantly, provide you with an estimate. After our initial discussion, we will prepare your first written quotation in which we provide you with a detailed specification, sketch drawing and all-inclusive price.
The Site Visit
The next stage is a meeting on site. This will enable you to get to know us a little better and for us to: survey the site; discuss the requirement for planning permission; review the specification in conjunction with material samples; and check site access for our day of arrival. We will follow up this site visit with our final quotation, supplied with a 3D CAD drawing to help you visualise your completed building.

You may wish to see our buildings for yourself and talk to the owners - our past clients. Over the years we have built up a large selection of reference sites and it is very likely we will have a building local to you.
Planning
Planning consent may be required for your building. Should this be the case we offer our clients the use of our planning service. We can simply provide you with drawings for your own submission to the appropriate planning authority, or alternatively, a full service, whereby we submit the plans on your behalf and manage the entire process for you. The Go-ahead
On receipt of your deposit, covered by the CPA deposit protection scheme, manufacturing of your building will commence at our workshop in York. At this stage we will also agree an initial installation date. At this point, we will provide you with a base drawing, in order that you can prepare the site in readiness for our arrival.
The Installation
Within four to six weeks of your order, our installation team will arrive on site to erect your building. Working productively and courteously at all times, our team will leave the site tidy on completion. Our team will ensure that all snagging is completed prior to leaving site.
Our Aftercare
In the weeks following installation, as you begin to use and get to know your new building, we will contact you to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Any items that arise from the building settling, such as adjusting a door, will be promptly addressed with a return visit from our installation team.
Our Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our timber buildings and offer you peace of mind with a 10 year guarantee against structural defects, backed by the Consumer Protection Association.
