The Stable Company offers all customers peace of mind with both deposit protection and an insurance backed guarantee as a member of the Consumer Protection Association (CPA).
Established since 1993, and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, the Consumer Protection Association has gained a reputation for being at the forefront of consumer protection and are the name consumers look for when making a major purchase.
CPA Deposit Protection
As we require a deposit to commence the manufacture of your timber building, we know it is important to you that this money is safe. The CPA deposit protection scheme is insurance for the deposit you pay. The scheme covers the 25% deposit on our timber buildings or £7,500, which ever is the lesser. The policy covers you for a period of 90 days from the date you pay your deposit.
CPA Insurance Backed Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our timber buildings and offer you peace of mind give a 10 year guarantee against structural defects, which is covered by the CPA insurance backed guarantee, itself underwritten by a UK authorised insurer.
Both the CPA deposit protection and insurance backed guarantee are available to our customers at no additional cost and are included as standard in all quotations.
