The Eco garden room range is our single pitched contemporary design, featuring a sedum green roof.
With a choice of three different depths and unlimited widths, there is a building to suit every garden. The Eco is a good choice where properties fall within Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, National Parks and Conservation Areas.
A sedum green roof has many environmental benefits, including their value in reducing pollution and run-off, providing additional insulation against heat and cold, and reducing the maintenance needs of buildings.
Asthetically a sedum green roof can look wonderful, producing an array of beautiful colours through the seasons, improving the skyline and enhancing the cityscape.
As standard The Eco has a rear eaves height of 2.5m and an overall height of no more than 3.0m.
