CPA Deposit Protection
As we require a deposit to commence the manufacture of your garden room / garden office, we know it is important to you that this money is safe. The CPA deposit protection scheme is insurance for the deposit you pay. The scheme covers the entire 25% deposit on garden rooms / garden offices up to £30,000 plus VAT in value. The policy covers you for a period of 90 days from the date you pay your deposit.
CPA Insurance Backed Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our garden rooms / garden offices and offer you peace of mind with a 10 year guarantee against structural defects. Our guarantee is covered by the CPA insurance backed guarantee, itself underwritten by a UK authorised insurer.
Both the CPA deposit protection and insurance backed guarantee are available to our customers at no additional cost and are included as standard in all quotations.
