The Room Above
Why not make use of the space above your garage and with a "room above". The roof space in our standard 5.5m (18ft) deep building will give you 3.6m (12ft) of useable width. The length of the space is then determined by the length of the building.
Garages with rooms above are accessed either externally via an impressive oak staircase, or from a staircase or loft hatch inside the building. Use your room above either for storage, or as a fully finished room for work, leisure or habitation. Whatever level of finish you require, we can provide it. From a simple ply lining to a fully insulated, dry lined and decorated interior, complete with dorma or Velux windows, as well as lighting, heating and electrics.
